Enrolling for September: Toddler, Preschool and Kindergarten age groups
Peekaboo Child Care is excited to have built our largest facility to date to serve the families of Milton. We are located at 8611 Escarpment Way, 2 blocks north of Hwy 401, off Hwy 25. This centre is the 16th Peekaboo location to be opened and the second time we have built a day care centre from the ground up (our first build from the ground up was our other location in Milton, located at 1120 Maple Ave). Our newest Milton centre will offer all the same great programs as our existing centres including a full indoor gym, security entry system, great outdoor playground, and all the latest toys and educational equipment. More important we have highly trained Early Childhood Educators to care for your child.
Our Supervisor is Leila Al-Mijalli. Leila graduated in 2001 from Sheridan College with her Early Childhood Education diploma. Immediately she took employment with Peekaboo Child Care at the Wolfedale location, later to transfer to the Matheson location as the assistant supervisor. Leila then took the supervisor position at Peekaboo Burlington in March 2005. Leila is very excited to open Escarpment Way as Supervisor. You will usually find her in the classrooms as she enjoys spending most of her time with the children.
Our Co-Supervisor is Heather Dutkowski. Heather graduated from Sheridan College in 1999 with her Early Childhood Education Diploma. Heather began her Peekaboo career at the Wolfdale location as a Toddler teacher and through the years at Peekaboo has had the opportunity to experience all age groups. In August of 2007 Heather transferred to the Escarpment Way location as the Assistant Supervisor and moved into the Co-Supervisor role in September 2008. Heather loves being able to take part in the development and growth of all our children, that’s why you will find her in the classrooms more than the office.
